Much needed service - my drive train is gunk free now! That said, the service could be friendlier and more thorough. Understand they are busy but there could have been more attention paid since there were still many spots not wiped off which makes it not look very clean, and the attitude was a bit dismissive to me. I wiped it off later at home, and it looked much better though ;)
